Overview

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel where you will stay overnight at Sarova Panafric Hotel or similar – Meal plan Bed and breakfast. Following breakfast at the hotel we then drive to Lake Nakuru, arriving for lunch then later enjoy a game drive in the park.

Dinner and Overnight later that day at the Flamingo hill Camp or similar – booked on Full board.

The following day we depart for Mara, arriving for lunch followed by an evening game drive till dusk.

This is followed by Dinner and Overnight at Julia’s River Camp or similar – Booked on Full board

The next day you have the option of a Full day at Masai Mara with an option of either a full day game drive or an early morning game drive and later an afternoon game drive.

We end the day with Dinner and Overnight at Julia’s River Camp or similar – Booked on Full board

On the last day its breakfast at the camp then later drive back to Nairobi, where you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home.

Itinerary

Day 2 Nairobi – Lake Nakuru National Park

Breakfast at the hotel then drive to Lake Nakuru, arrive for lunch then later enjoy a game drive in the park. Dinner and Overnight: Flamingo hill Camp or similar – booked on Full board.

Day 3 Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara National Reserve

We’ll depart early for our amazing 3 Day / 2 Night Boat trip to the stunning natural wonder of Ha Long Bay. We’ll cruise on beautiful emerald green waters on our traditional Vietnamese ‘junk’ boat through towering limestone islands topped with rainforest.

Full day at Masai Mara with an option of either a full day game drive or an early morning game drive and later an afternoon game drive.
Dinner and Overnight at Julia’s River Camp or similar – Booked on Full board

Breakfast at the camp then later drive back to Nairobi, upon arrival at Nairobi you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home.

FAQs

It lies to the south of Nakuru, in the rift valley of Kenya and is protected by Lake Nakuru National Park. The lake's abundance of algae used to attract a vast quantity of flamingos that famously lined the shore. Other birds also flourish in the area, as do warthogs, baboons and other large mammals.

Lions abound throughout the park as do leopards, cheetah, hyenas, giraffe, impala, wildebeest, topi, baboons, warthogs, buffalo, zebra, elephants, and of course hippos and crocodiles in the Mara River

Julia’s River Camp is hidden on a sleepy bend of the Talek River, in the midst of the Masai Mara’s endless savannah.Tents are pitched along the banks of the Talek on their own elevated wooden platform, offering privileged views of the surrounding wildlife. Each tent is equipped with private en-suite bathroom and verandah.
