While in Georgia, Mtskheta is a place that never, ever should be neglected. This tiny city is built on the meeting point of two rivers. This fact, along with Mtskheta’s mesmerizing nature, phenomenal architecture and overall atmosphere is what makes the city so unexceptionally beautiful.
Mtskheta is an extremely old city – it’s the place where Christianity was proclaimed as the official religion of Georgia, in the year of 337 - so, accordingly, Mtskheta is perhaps most famous for its old Christian Orthodox churches.
We'll visit Jvari Monastrey, Svetitskhoveli Cathedral and Samtavro Monastery are three most important churches of Mtskheta and UNESCO world heritage sites.
After that we will travel to Gori.
Have you ever wondered what life of world’s greatest leader was like, the life of a man who transformed the Soviet Union from a peasant society into an industrial and military superpower? - Here’s your opportunity to take a look at, and experience life of a Soviet revolutionary and political leader, Joseph Stalin, or also known as Joseph Jughashvili, who was born in Georgia.
The best place we'll visit for dinner and master classes is Ateni Valley. We taste wine, which was Stalin’s favorite one. We will cook Khachapuri together. Who doesn’t love cheese, and who doesn’t love pastry?! What about combination of these two? Tastiest Georgian cheese is wrapped up in a delicious pastry and then baked. The easy result is Khachapuri, everyone’s favorite. Khachapuri comes in all sizes, shapes and forms. Crunchy, with extra cheese on top, with buttered pastry, crispy, soft, etc. In Georgia, they have their own names according to Georgian Regions. Imerian, Megrelian, Adjarian, etc. In fact, you probably have heard about last one, Adjarian Khachapuri, AKA cheese boat.

Kakheti is the cradle of wine. In order to fully understand the importance of wine to this country, we’ve got to time travel for a little.
Now, imagine life 8000 years ago - this is the time when people still used just stone and bone tools.
Meanwhile in a small village of mountainous country, Georgian stone-age farmers were creating a magical liquid, also known as wine. You will see the most beautiful spots of Georgia.
Imagine Alazani valley surrounded by the snowy Caucasus mountains.
We will taste and take part in cooking Khinkal, or AKA Georgian dumplings, is N1 food in Georgia, without a doubt.
Seasoned meat with different kinds of herbs wrapped up in a dough and boiled. Once you bite into it, the strong flavor and pleasure just hits you right away. Combination of appetizing meat, dough and hot liquid inside will make you feel like heaven is real, and it’s in Georgia. The liquid, or the sauce, forms inside a dumpling after it’s cooked in a water. Try not to spill it, ‘cause it’s the best part! Life is too little to eat boring food and honestly, Khinkali is one of the least boring food that exists on the whole, entire planet! One of tourists’ all time favorite.
